Drugs

The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by the Music Barn Festival. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as any where else in the country.  The security team will be on site and will deal with drug offences in accordance with national guidelines. If you deal in drugs, it is likely that you will be arrested. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site.

You may be searched at the entrance for any items that can be used in an illegal or offensive manner these will be confiscated immediately. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the festival Site will be searched and face eviction.

If you bring drugs with you, you risk having them confiscated and possible eviction from the Festival. And if you buy them on site, you risk getting ripped off; whether with fake substances or short deals, and with pills, powders and liquids there is a risk that what you buy could be harmful and even life threatening.

Drink

No Alcohol is allowed into the festival site.  There are fully licensed bars within the event space.  Drinks prices may vary at short notice.

Reusable cups are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All persons may be asked for ID and will not be allowed entry to the site without proof of age of over 18 years. Challenge 25 will be implemented.

Anti-social behaviour any people affecting the enjoyment of other attendees and/or affecting the running of the event will be immediately ejected by security

Admission and Access

The Site is a glass free zone. Any glass will be confiscated on arrival. 

Wristband Conditions: Wristbands removed or tampered with will be invalid and will not be replaced.

CCTV Consent: CCTV will be present. All persons on Site consent to filming.

Right of Refusal: The Site management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees without reimbursement of ticket price or other costs.

Event Management and Changes

Cancellation or Postponement: The Site management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without notice.

Changes to Event: The Site management reserves the right to change services or any other aspect of the event without notice.

Additional Conditions: Further conditions may be applied at the start of the festival.

Liability and Responsibility

Exclusion of Liability: The Site management excludes liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence.

Conduct and Behaviour

Proper Use of Premises: All persons must use the premises in a proper and lawful manner, avoiding nuisance or inconvenience to others or neighbouring properties. This will be monitored by the Event Manager.

Refunds

Refund Policy: Refunds can only be offered if the event has been cancelled.


Any persons entering the festival Site must comply with the following conditions. Any non-compliance can result in the offender being immediately and permanently ejected from the Site
